Last updated August 2026. This page explains what data Vorialis's marketing site collects — and just as important, what it doesn't.
This website doesn't use cookies, doesn't run ad tracking, and doesn't have any forms that collect your personal information. We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to see basic traffic patterns — no cookies, no personal data. The only way we receive anything from you directly is if you choose to email us.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic traffic to this site — things like which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located (country-level, not precise location), and what kind of device or browser they're using. This tool doesn't use cookies or any other persistent identifier, doesn't store your IP address, and doesn't build a profile of you individually — it only reports aggregate numbers, the same way a store might count how many people walked in without knowing who any of them are. We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising or cross-site tracking service. All fonts used on this site are hosted directly on our own server, rather than loaded from a third-party font provider, so visiting this site does not share your information with an outside company just to display text.
If you email us at [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to include in that email — your address, name, and message. We use that only to respond to you, and we don't share it with anyone else.
This policy covers the marketing website you're reading right now (Home, Features, About, Contact). It does not cover the Vorialis product itself — the contract chatbot, grievance intake, and analytics used by union locals — which involves handling member questions and contract data under separate agreements with each local. If you're a member using Vorialis through your union, ask your local or grievance chair for details on how your local's data is handled.
If this policy changes — for example, if we ever add analytics or a signup form to this site — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
